Children's referral conversations
We can discuss the child's broad support needs, the purpose of the short break, proposed days, staffing arrangements and whether the setting is likely to be suitable. A fuller assessment and information-sharing route can then be agreed before a placement decision is made.

Adult day services
We can discuss purposeful daytime support built around adult interests, practical skills, wellbeing, social connection and community participation. Arrangements are shaped through suitability, outcomes, communication, staffing and funding.
Adult residential support
Our Darnall offer is a detached 303 square metre property with ten private en-suite bedrooms, three ground-floor rooms, shared living and kitchen space, and an onsite office. Support includes welfare contact, daily-living skills, signposting, 24-hour staffing and awake overnight cover. We can consider planned and urgent mobilisation subject to suitability, property readiness, staffing and funding.
